Where do you ship from?

In addition to our Gold Coast location, we ship from multiple warehouses in QLD, NSW and VIC. To allow us to get you what you purchased in record time, your order will be dispatched from the closest warehouse with available stock. If you purchased multiple items you may get more than one delivery - this is done at no additional cost to you.

How long will it take to send my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 pm on the same day. If your order needs to be dispatched to you directly from one of our warehouses, we may take a little longer so please allow up to 48 hours. On the vast majority of our products this handling time is indicated just above the "Add to Cart" button. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Usually just 1-3 days after dispatch. This may vary depending on your location, the stock status on item(s) ordered, the location we dispatch from and the shipping method chosen. Rest assured, we want nothing more than to get your order in your hands as fast as we possibly can! 

What carriers do you use?

Australia Post, StarTrack Express, Aramex (Fastway), Couriers Please, TNT and Border Express. Our system will determine which carrier to use based on the estimated delivery time, destination, weight, physical size and cost. 

Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?

We strongly advise using an address where somebody will be available to accept the delivery - eg your workplace. By default, our orders are shipped with instructions for the courier to obtain a signature on delivery. If the delivery address is unattended, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or collection from their nearest depot. 

Please note that any re-delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.

During checkout, you have the option of un-checking the "Signature on Delivery" box to let the courier know they can leave the parcel unattended. If you have specific instructions for the courier just enter them during checkout and they will be printed on the label.

Please note that if you authorise the courier to leave your parcel unattended, the insurance will not cover you in the event of theft - this is at your own risk and we are unable to replace any stolen items. 

Can you ship to my PO Box?

Most smaller items can be shipped to PO Boxes, however we recommend using a physical location since the majority of the time a courier is used and they cannot deliver to a PO Box.

Am I able to track my order?

Of course! Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with a consignment number and a link to track your order. Once the carrier has picked it up from us, any questions regarding delivery are best directed to the carrier for the fastest response. If there are any issues you need help with, just let us know and we'll gladly assist.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event of any items arriving damaged, it is critical to notify us as soon as possible. If we have more stock available we will immediately dispatch replacements at no charge. To help us lodge any applicable claims with the carrier we may ask for photos of the damage.
