There is nothing worse than buying something online, only to get an email a day or two later saying the item isn't in stock. We know that.

When viewing a product on our site, you'll notice a "Stock Availability" section on each page. We show two locations and stock levels - "IN STORE" and "ONLINE"

"IN STORE" refers to the stock available in our Gold Coast (Labrador) store.
"ONLINE" is the amount of stock available in our store, plus the multiple warehouses we ship from, including our suppliers who will ship directly to you.

Next to each location, there will be one of three different stock level indicators:

Good Stock - This means there are 5 or more of this item in stock and ready to ship.

Hurry, Low Stock! - This means there are less than 5 remaining and ready to ship, but we expect to sell out shortly.

Order In - This location is currently out of stock but we can order it in for you. Once it arrives we'll dispatch it right away!
When an item is out of stock and we have an ETA on the next shipment, we will display it here. Please note this is strictly an ETA only and may be subject to change.

Note: There are a limited amount of products where this stock information isn't currently displayed. If this is the case and you'd like to check stock, please email or call to enquire.

For orders coming to a total of $100 or more, FREE! If your order comes to less than that, there is a flat rate charge of only $7. Insurance is included with both free and flat rate shipping at no additional charge.

*Please note: Heavy or bulky items as well as some regional and rural postcodes are exlcuded from these policies. Items attracting a freight charge will usually make this known on the product page, however due to constantly changing rates and policies from freight providers some information might be missing or incorrect. If this is the case with your order, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity. If an acceptable solution isn't agreed upon we will gladly refund you in full.

Absolutely! Simply select the "In Store Pickup" option as you go through checkout. You'll get an email or phone call from us once your order is ready for collection. If the item is in stock at the store, it will be ready for collection instantly. If it needs to be ordered in, we'll be in touch the second it arrives.

This depends on what you've ordered and where you need it. Our team dispatch a huge amount of orders from our store on the Gold Coast every day, but what you may not know is that we also ship out of warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Our system will automatically allocate your order to the warehouse closest to you that has the stock available.

If you order an item that is in stock at our warehouse (ONLINE) but out of stock in store and you wish to pick it up, we'll quickly transfer it to the store and contact you as soon as it arrives.

We pride ourselves on having the fastest dispatch team in the business! Orders with items in stock are picked, packed and dispatched ready for courier pickup in as little as 10 minutes after they've been placed. Even during peak times, it rarely takes longer than an hour.

If your order contains multiple items and part of it is out of stock, we will dispatch what we have as per normal and the remaining item(s) as soon as they arrive, at no extra cost to you whatsoever.

Once dispatched, it usually takes no longer than 2 business days before your order is at your door. In fact, most of the time it is next day! The exact time taken will depend on your location, the shipping method chosen and the warehouse it has shipped from.

During peak periods, our shipping partners may experience delays. If your order is urgent and it needs to arrive within a short timeframe, make sure you give us a call on (07) 5628 2200 so we can help make it happen!

We use nearly every major freight provider in the country. When our team are dispatching your order, the decision of which carrier to use is based on the item type and the estimated time taken to get it to you.

Our main objective is to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible, and there is no "one size fits all" solution. Most other retailers will only use one carrier since the carrier provides the retailer the lowest rates possible in return for using their services exclusvely. But that doesn't always translate into the best shopping experience possible.

Every order we dispatch - no matter how small - is fully insured against damage or loss, so you can rest assured that when you shop with us, you're completely covered. In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order, just let us know. If needed, your item will be immediately replaced (subject to available stock).
