The Legend L6 500 Series Portable Chassis from Midas is designed for six single-width modules and features advanced audio routing to reduce cabling complexity, and an auto-ranging universal switch-mode power supply for worldwide use.
Audio output link switches provide cable-free daisy-chain connections between modules, while the compressor bus link switches enable stereo and multi-channel dynamics side-chain linking without the need for insert cables.
Thanks to an onboard ground lift switch, you can easily eliminate ground loop issues for hum-free performance. For easy transport, the L6's rugged free-standing chassis is equipped with a convenient carrying handle for portable applications.
In addition, an included 3 RU 19" rackmount kit allows the L6 to be installed in standard 19" studio and touring racks, occupying only three spaces.

Designed to accommodate all 500 series-compatible modules and plug-in cards, the L6 is the perfect companion for your MICROPHONE PREAMPLIFIER 502, COMPRESSOR LIMITER 522, PARAMETRIC EQUALISER 512, and the many other modules currently under development – as well as those from 3rd party vendors.
The Midas L6 chassis provides I/O connectivity and +48 V phantom power for up to 6 processing modules in a rugged steel cabinet that occupies only three 19" rackspaces (when fitted with the included rackmount kit).
Whether you are in the studio or on the road, signal chain cabling no longer need be an issue.
The L6's audio output link switches make it easy to rearrange and connect your modules without the need for complex cabling. Just install your modules in the order you wish and pass the signal along the chain free of any extraneous cables.
This not only makes your rack much neater, it also helps you maintain the ultimate in signal integrity.
If your compressor modules are designed for it, the Comp Bus Link switches enable you to link them together for stereo or multi-channel dynamics sidechain linking without the need for insert cables.

We want you to have a positive experience shopping with us, so we offer a 30 day returns policy should the product not be suitable.
Simply open a return request from your account on our site, or contact us by phone or email. We will then provide an RA (return authorisation) number and instructions on where to send the parcel.
Please note, returns are only accepted if the goods are unopened, with all packaging and any seals unbroken. If you've used or opened the product, we cannot sell it as new. I'm sure you'd agree when buying something you expect it to be brand new! The refund or credit will be minus our shipping and admin fees
Some items are exluded from this returns policy, including any product that may present hygeine issues. These products are deemed excluded at our discretion.
